An item may be resold only after the customer completes a separate written ownership-transfer authorization and Mitten Garage Transformation Company accepts the item.
After valid transfer, Mitten Garage Transformation Company may keep, donate, recycle, dispose of or resell the item. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, later resale proceeds belong to Mitten Garage Transformation Company. Standard service is not consignment. Are you available all year?+
Yes. We accept estimate requests and schedule eligible projects in every season. Timing depends on project scope, location, weather and travel conditions, and current availability.
Do you haul junk?+
Removal is offered as part of a space-revival or cleanout service. We are not advertising a standalone garbage-hauling service.
What happens to unwanted items?+
You decide what stays, what is donated, what may be resold, and what ordinary debris is approved for disposal.
Can you sell my unwanted items?+
Some usable items may qualify only after a separate written ownership-transfer authorization is completed and accepted. Standard service is not consignment, and no sale or resale value is promised.
Do I need to buy new storage equipment?+
No. We begin with what you already own and design a useful theme around it. If a new product could genuinely improve the space, we discuss it with you for separate approval before it is added.
What organization and finish work can you provide?+
Depending on the written scope and applicable requirements, we can assemble or install slatwall tracks, pegboards, and heavy shelving; complete limited non-structural finish details; clean accessible existing light fixtures; replace ordinary bulbs; and repurpose customer-owned plug-in lamps.
Do you provide electrical work, epoxy flooring, or overhead racks?+
No. We do not perform electrical work, apply epoxy flooring, or install ceiling-mounted or overhead storage racks. We also do not perform structural, plumbing, or mechanical work.
Can you move my vehicle during the transformation?+
When access is needed, we can reposition an operable customer vehicle on the same property with prior written permission and return it to the garage after the work. Vehicle movement is confirmed in the project scope and may be declined if conditions are unsafe.
Do you accept hazardous materials?+
No. Hazardous materials, chemicals, liquid industrial waste, and scrap tires are excluded unless handled through a separately compliant provider.
Do you offer service discounts?+
Yes. Discounts are available for first responders, active-duty military members, veterans, animal-control professionals, and veterinarians. Eligibility verification may be required, and the discount will be shown in the written estimate.
