Mitten Garage Transformation Company provides organization, decluttering, cleanout and related removal services for ordinary residential property and approved non-hazardous household materials.

Acceptance of any item for removal is subject to inspection, available vehicle capacity, receiving-facility requirements and applicable law.

We do not provide hazardous-material remediation or regulated-waste services.

Organization & Finish-Work Boundaries

When permitted by Michigan law, local requirements, product instructions and the written project scope, services may include assembly or installation of slatwall tracks, pegboards and heavy shelving; limited non-structural cosmetic finish details; cleaning accessible exterior surfaces of existing light fixtures; replacing ordinary accessible bulbs; and repositioning customer-owned plug-in lamps without modifying the building electrical system.

Mitten Garage Transformation Company does not diagnose, repair, extend or alter electrical systems and does not install hardwired fixtures, switches, outlets or wiring. Work requiring a residential builder, maintenance and alteration contractor, skilled-trade license or permit is excluded unless performed by an appropriately licensed provider under a separately authorized scope.

Customer Vehicle Movement

When included in the written project scope and expressly authorized by the customer, Mitten Garage Transformation Company may reposition an operable customer vehicle on the same property solely to access the work area and may return it to the garage after the transformation. This is not towing, off-property transportation, vehicle storage, repair or transfer of ownership. We may decline to move any vehicle when access, condition, insurance, keys, weather or other circumstances make movement unsafe or inappropriate.

Standard Exclusions

Receiving-facility rules control. Mitten Garage Transformation Company may refuse any item or material and may leave prohibited, unsafe or unidentified material at the property.

Disposal, recycling, donation, rental, specialty-handling and third-party charges may be additional when disclosed in the written estimate or approved change order.
